In an unexpected turn of events, Pirate-Kitty(left) walked out of trade negotiations, leaving Secretary of Commerce, Carlos Gutierrez (right), with political egg on his face. It is not known at this point if the U.S. will still receive an all too critical shipment of "Pirate Booty" which the Department of Defence has been anticipating since July of 2006.
