I sure hate to see politicians arguing ,fighting for the sole purpose of obtaining more Fed money for his or her home state...but thats what they always do.
As far as who developes drone,deploys and operates them,IMO ,thats a no brainer.
The troops on the ground in the theater of operation,or some Specialist sitting at a control panel at an AFB in Kansas?
I choose the guys with their boots on the ground!
